Simply call us toll free at 1-877-235-5111 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday to arrange for a return or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Products can be returned for exchange or a full refund of the invoiced price of the product, less any discounts, within 30 days of the original shipment date. After 30 days, returns are not acceptable. Cellular phones must be returned in NEW condition. Cellular phones that have been activated, can not be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

WARRANTIES

Our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty of at least one year against defects in materials and workmanship. Products found to be defective will be accepted for repair or exchange within 30 days of the original shipment date. After 30 days, product will be sent to the manufacturer. 
Damaged or misused products are neither guaranteed nor warranted.
After 30 days and throughout the remainder of the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will exchange the defective product for an identical product only.
